Mattel hosts a collector's page at https://creations.mattel.com/ where collectors can view and purchase items in several categories, including Hot Wheels.
Hot Wheels items are available to the general public as well as Red Line Club members only.
Red Line Club (RLC) members are given special pre-sales on special vehicles, sneak peaks, and a message board for sharing their passion for Hot Wheels. A membership car is available each year for joining and members are able to vote in RLC sELECTIONs, where their votes count in deciding a series of four cars to be produced.
RLC Party Cars are only available at the annual collectors convention in the fall and nationals in the spring and those cars can be found on the convention pages. They are all PINK except for the first year when it was a black 1970s van. For awhile the cars were handed out for free to RLC members as they entered the Friday night party, but they are now $10 to members.

RLC Rewards Series
This car could only be earned by purchasing HWC cars throughout 2007 until enough points were earned. Small "RLC" logo on sides. Casting #1,490 of 6,962

2008 sELECTIONs Car
- '67 Mustang. "Thugs vs. Bugs". Race Team Blue. Red-striped RR Chrome CM5 wheels. 7,897 made. Mine is car 6,093.
This RLC sELECTIONs car beat out the Custom VW Beetle by 17 votes, then SF Race Team Blue won for the color by 52%, and Real Rider 5sp wheels with red stripes won the wheel vote by 67%. Only then does Mattel make them to order!

- HWC.com. 22,000 cars for RLC members only. SF Aqua with black stripes (6,000 made), Chrome with Red stripes (4,000 made), SF Red with white stripes (5,000 made), or SP Purple with white stripes (7,000 made). All colors have chrome plated base, black interior, and RL wheels with "68" on sides.

2010 RLC Rewards car 2/4
- Custom Mustang. Bonus car available on HotWheelsCollectors.com by earning enough points by buying HWC.com Series 9 vehicles. SF Gold, Neo-Classic RL wheels. 3,792 made.
2013 sELECTIONs Car
- '69 Ford Mustang. SF Yellow. RR5sp Goodyears. 3,839 of 4,000. RLC members votes on this '69 Mustang (52% of the votes) over a '64 Dodge, then Spectraflame Yellow was the winner by ONE vote over Spectraflame Turquoise and Real Rider 5-spoke Goodyear wheels easily won the wheel battle.

1993 Ford Mustang Cobra R
- Red Line Club (RLC) exclusive. The real 1993 Mustang was the last of the "Fox body" design so Ford reduced the weight by 450lbs., installed a custom body kit, upgraded the engine, painted them all red, and made only 107 of them!
